While our federal, state and local government leaders have implemented many measures to reduce social interactions to slow the spread of the coronavirus, we know that no order can stop adverse events that cause insurance claims and occur in everyday life, like bad weather, flooding, tornadoes, car crashes, fires and cyberattacks.
Our agency is exercising many precautions while we remain open. The following requirements and precautions will be taken in our physical agency location:
- Our agency will ensure employees and customers are six feet from each other
- We will establish separate hours for vulnerable populations that may be visiting our agency
- We will have hand sanitizer available for our employees and customers
- Many of our associates will be working remotely but still monitoring their email. They will also be available during normal office hours (8:30am to 5:00pm) by calling their direct line (see list below)
